Experience
Center Hill Resources LLC founder Adrian Wiegman, Ph.D. is a modeler, and environmental scientist with over a decade of experience in basic and applied academic and government research on energy systems, economics, and natural resource management. Trained in systems ecology, biogeochemistry and biophysical economics, Adrian has co-authored over a dozen peer-reviewed research papers and several white papers, with topics spanning global energy trends, industrial price dynamics, water quality, agriculture, ecosystem restoration, and climate change. Dr. Wiegman utilizes systems thinking, cutting edge computational tools, and modeling to inform strategic decision-making, whether he is analyzing industry price trends—such as crude oil production, wastewater treatment, and hydraulic dredging—or evaluating the geochemical impacts of large-scale natural resource management.
Adrian also has a diverse range of practical experience, including managing environmental research labs and collaboration with farmers, landowners, and resource managers on implementing field monitoring programs. He has also installed solar photovoltaic systems at residential and commercial scales. This hands-on background enables him to approach complex business challenges with a grounded perspective. His work effectively connects scientific research with complex real-world application, helping stakeholders take concrete actions towards desirable outcomes.
